OUR OBJECTIVES
To carry out any action contributing to holistic health, the development of critical thinking and the autonomy of women in Europe.
Promote the physical and mental well-being of European women, particularly through the dissemination of high-quality academic and scientific content, online workshops, discussion circles, and other initiatives led by qualified professionals (biologists, physicians, psychotherapists, sophrologists, naturopaths, osteopaths, etc.), in order to combat misinformation, including misinformation resulting from the inappropriate use of artificial intelligence or social media.
Develop accessible educational resources, particularly in the form of short videos (YouTube and other social media platforms), translated into several European languages, focusing on women’s health (menstruation, contraception, medically assisted reproduction, menopause, etc.), with a systematic exploration of the relationship between bodily expression (symptoms of dysfunction) and the psyche, including personal history and lived experience.
Enable the discovery of and connection to the “Ancestral Wisdom of the Feminine” through myths, stories, and discussion workshops led by qualified professionals.
Provide ongoing monitoring of European women’s rights through analyses, recommendations, and manifestos aimed at promoting, protecting, and strengthening these rights, supported by experienced legal experts.
Create cross-border hubs (for example between Occitanie, Catalonia, and Italy), serving as bridges across Europe and involving European students in identifying and prioritizing women’s health needs.
Highlight the richness of European female creativity in literature, visual arts, music, and beyond, while fostering civic and cultural reflection through artistic projects that question and explore the place of women within European democracy.
