SYMBOLISM ASSOCIATED
WITH ”PHOENIXA” AND THE ”PINE CONE”
Choice of the name PhoenixA
PhoenixA is the giant elliptical galaxy at the center of the Phoenix Cluster (SPT-CL J2344-4243), one of the most massive and luminous known, located in the constellation Phoenix, 5.7 billion light-years from Earth. It hosts a colossal supermassive black hole (over 100 billion solar masses), one of the largest ever detected. It is distinguished by an extensive halo of stars, gas, and dark matter, a likely remnant of a long process of successive galactic mergers that consolidated its massive structure. Despite its size, it exhibits intense star formation and a dynamic environment with X-ray radiation and gas cooling, challenging theories about the evolution of elliptical galaxies. It embodies resilience on a cosmic scale.
Understanding Alpha
Alpha (capital Α, lowercase α) is the first letter of the Greek alphabet. It symbolizes the beginning.

THE PINE CONE
In Sumerian culture, ancient Egyptian culture, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Christianity, representations of the pine cone appear as a symbol through which one may attain a vision of the heavens.
Tibetan monks believed – and still believe – that humans possess a third eye, located in the center of the brain at eye level, responsible for clairvoyance and intuition. According to these beliefs, this third eye may have become atrophied over time, perhaps to allow the development of consciousness and, from this, the evolutionary effort that culminates in the union of all the potentialities dormant within every human being.
Today, the third eye is commonly associated with the pineal gland.
